It's our favorite cocktail when we're not banging out the coolest new wares. Amazingly simple yet so complex.

1 oz. Gin (insert your favorite local Gin here)
1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Sweet Red Vermouth

Pour over ice and stir (25 times in each direction!), strain and pour over a nice big ice cube.
