Greensboro is blessed with many Arts + Crafts and Craftsman style home in its neighborhoods surrounding downtown. This gate was welded out of steel and left unfinished to aid in the premature "aging" before sealing. It's details match the craftsman style fence which was inspiring by the original window mullions when the house was built in 1925.
